Aileron skin construction

Hours Worked = 3.25

With the needed parts primed, I back riveted the aileron stiffeners to the skins.

Next I worked on the end ribs, and got them drilled, deburred, and dimpled. They also get temporarily riveted to the bottom skins. This allows the aileron to be put together for match drilling, and still sit flush against the counter top. The rivets are used because the clecos would get in the way on the bottom.

Finally, I put all the parts back together in preparation for final drilling the spar and nose holes. That will come after my new level shows up. I want to make sure I have a nice straight bench to build on!
